It's not Whistler, but it satisfies the ski craving. Never saw so many Chinese people skiing before. Lots of French too. Looks to me like the structure for the two towers is almost finished. Notice the gigantic steel framing at the top, possibly to take the shear for the cantilever. We went to Jiankou, a more wild part of the Great Wall. It was overgrown with bushes, and parts of the wall had crumbled. We had no idea that it was going to be difficult.
