It is impossible to fully describe the scene in Shanghai on Chinese New Year's Eve. The entire city explodes with deafening noise from the many thousands of fireworks and firecrackers set up in thousands of places. Just before midnight, the frequency of explosions ramps up even more, smoke in the air becomes thick, and the sky is filled with light and color.

Week Two
